Does anybody have actual pictures of where the wires hook up and tap into to install the 2 step and where do you keep the box at

i have to ask did you read the instructions ?? s

from the 2step manual
Where the instructions say “SPLICE” to an ECM wire, locate that wire at
the ECM and follow it away from the ECM for 4 to 6 inches, then cut
that wire and strip the ends .25”. Install a male spade terminal on the
wire that leads to the ECM and a female spade terminal on the wire
that leads to the engine. On the 2-Step wires install mating terminals
and connect them to the ECM wires. For example, the Buick
instructions indicate “SPLICE ECM-B4(white), White-ECM, Gray-
Engine”. Locate the wire on terminal B4, it will be white. Follow it
away from the ECM for 4-6 inches and cut it. Install a male spade
terminal on the ECM side and a female on the engine side. Install a
female terminal on the white 2-Step wire and connect to the ECM side
wire, install a male terminal on the gray 2-Step wire and connect to the
engine side wire.

i dont know how it could be any clearer except heres the ecm connector diagram

then make sure you follow the instructions for installing the power and interrupt block at the fuse block
last is connect a switch and that requires connecting to a transbrake button (electric brake 2004r or th400), a swicth installed on brake pedal (get from turbotweak.com and drill into left side of brake pedal ) , the brake light wire (off brake switch above pedal) or a leaf switch on the shifter ( stageright brake )

as for where to install box .. you could just drop it in the IP glove box or flip box down and attach to the back side of the IP glovebox with velcro , install in console or slide it under the seat.. it could even be installed under hood and run wires into the car . its your car find a place you like as every car will be different depending on whats already been done to it and how accessible you want it to be , be creative , but i would keep it away from water
heres the instructions with pic of fuse block and diagram of the ecm location
