Ok heres the deal the car I am working on had the stock turbo and the same 3" Down Pipe with external waist gate (see photo)
I just got done putting in a TE44 and now I have way bad BOOST CREEP!!
I did notice the ond turbo housing had the small hole at the bottom opened up some and the gasket was cut to match it.
The new one dosnt have this mod done to it, and I was told to leave it alone, should I open this hole up??
What is happening-
Car is fine in 1st gear 15-16 PSI shifts to second and BAM!! 22-24 PSI and I let off the gas
Had 6.6 degree of knock and 780 on the scan master and that did not seem to bad for such a high boost and pump gas. (Still bad though) 
But I need control over the boost any help would be great ASAP as I want to run the car this weekend
