1985 with a Gnx dash no map sensor.I have the boost gauge tapped off of the reducer T near the solenoid valve. The hose is soft rubber and I was wondering if the boost reading will be reduced due to its connection point.
If I place it in line witrh the Turbo output the pressure will blow it off.
Any feed back would be helpful.

Not too familier w/ the hot air set-up, but if you have a place on the manifold or dog house you can tap off of, ie a vacuum line that also sees boost, That would be a more accurate reading. what I understand from some of the fella's that have experimented w/ the tap locations, they have experienced as much as 4#s difference in readings.
In any event, don't forget to use wire ties on all your taps, it's good insurance. hope this helps.
