Boost Question

Ok iam new to GN's so any help would be welcome. I my 87 GN to a shop and the guy who worked on it seems to know his stuff (he should after owning 6)but anyway they adjusted the Throttle position indicator and the did the EGR valves and solenoid.The car idles much better and seems to run smoother but before I was running about 15#boost and now it seems to be around 13 and takes much longer to spool. My qustion is is this normal and is there anyway to get the boost back up w/o a wastegate?

Also they adjusted the fuel pressure...

Do you have a scan tool? If not get one. This way you will be able to monitor your settings.
