I agree. I got all hyped up on this movie after reading about it here awhile back. Had a bunch of people watch it with me and it was brutal to get through it. To me, it was like the Lifetime Movie Network started to make a ripoff of F&F that took a strange turn into a ripoff of Karate Kid, except with cars. Seriously, think about the plot of the first Karate Kid.....now think about the plot of this movie once the son gets transplanted into the small town....you see what I mean.

it was the kid that played the main character that made it unbearable.... he looked constipated the entire movie

Ha! So true.

Some B movies aren't so bad though. My wife came home with a DVD that she bought for $1 at Goodwill called Kart Racer. It was the same "troubled teen in small town who is at odds with Dad and reconnects" plot, but is pretty decent.

wasnt bad,had real cars and a turbo buick. Part 2 is dumb, wont see it. Goes to road racing school....in celicas
