What a disgrace! Pathetic people!

They should be outed and publicly ridiculed.

I know that vendors were giving out jackets to comfort the injured but this video is clean cut.

And today there are two colleges on lock down because of a report of gunmen.

What is this country becoming?

Not sure they are "looters". Looks like someone has a jacket or jersey on with the blue and yellow on it and he brings out a box and drops it for others to go into. Can't tell if those are some kind of promotional items or if he's a vendor. All the jerseys or jackets have the same colors his outfit does. I think they are promotional items. Seems to me he's giving them away possibly so he doesn't have to carry them when the forced evacuation of the blast scene gets enforced. They evacuated a large area.

Hmmmmm. After viewing the video again you may have something there. It still looks awful though.

Those colors show up on other videos being worn by people. They may be for runners or souvenirs. Looks like passer-byes are picking them up and checking sizes. Not really a feeding frenzy you would see if they were stealing.

I think you are right abotu those being give aways for people, but there were lots of police reports for looting the store fronts as well. Not sure how factual any of the crap you read is but I guess that is the nature of the media!!
