LOS ANGELES (AP)—Former NFL player-turned-actor Brian Bosworth has been charged with drunken driving after being arrested in Hollywood last Friday.

City attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan says Bosworth was charged Wednesday with two misdemeanor counts in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Mateljan says the former Seattle Seahawks linebacker was riding his motorcycle when police stopped him for not having a front license plate.

If convicted Bosworth faces six months in jail.

The 44-year-old former All-American at Oklahoma was drafted by Seattle in 1987. He retired after three seasons because of a shoulder injury.

Since when do you need a FRONT LICENSE PLATE ON A MOTORCYCLE???

Ah yes The Boz. Karma is a b*tch aint it?
He claims he used to work on a GM assembly line. It was either Arlington or Oklahoma City. He says for fun they used to throw loose nuts and bolts into the doors so they would rattle when you drove over a tar strip or bump. Yeah that's right. He was F'n around with my beloved G-Bodies. Seems to me he should have done jail time for being a bad actor.

I'd bet money it was OKC during college. Back in the 80's, summer make work jobs for college players was pretty common and over the years we've interviewed college kids that did summer coop at the OKC plant.

No way they would let an Oklahoma player work at the Arlington plant, especially someone as clueless as he was.

I'm friends with his cousin. Don't worry turbofish- He's felt the fury of the beloved TR. Actually, was a punk when younger, now a top notch mechanic-specializes in Diesel Trucks.
