Okay, I need to know is it possible to remove the inner and outer front bearings and re-pack them, or is it better to just replace them with new bearings and pack them with ball bearing grease?

If they are the better bearings (metal cases not plastic) you can remove, clean, and repack. Make sure they are not blued or damaged. You will need new inner seals obviously.

100% possible. If you have some new Timkens, FAGs, SKFs on the shelf (cones AND cups) go ahead and replace them....

but I'd run a used undamaged bearing LOOOOOOONG before I stick some parts house chinese bearings in there.
