bottle warmer progress

I was wondering if any of you other Pro-pain guys are trying to fabricate a bottle warmer that switches on and off by itself. I have spoken with Dan at O.G.S. a few times and they have one in the making. I am working on making a pressure activated one for my "final project" in my college electrical class (automotive of course). If any of you other Pro-pain guys are making one, or have any ideas, please email me or post your suggestions. It always helps to have more suggestions and ideas

I'm getting a little pad style nitrous warmer, I'm going to use manual switch at first until I figure out the characteristics (how hot, how many amps), then I can think about a easy timer circuit, or if someone comes up with it first I'll just buy the timer module from them.

a pressure activated one is seriously not needed. Because you have a regulator already. You only need the pressure to be higher at the outlet, 130 or 150 PSI in the inlet won't be any different at the outlet.

What maybe good is adjustments, timer interval between ON/OFF, and maybe a potential meter to adjust voltage to adjust temperature.. that's just a wild idea I have not verified yet.

IMO the easiest way to keep the bottle pressure above the set point of the regulator is using a pressure reading device to turn the bottle heater on or off. Just like GNnut is talking about.

Dan Corbosiero at DynoTune in MA. has a system (untested by Jay C.) that incorporates a digital readout pressure gauge and the bottle heater controls. Not cheap but then what is.

I was going to install this kit on a friends car and do my own testing on it. Long story short the propain kit didn't get install & neither did the system.
