UNDER $100k , holy crap !!!

My only requirements for a house is a full basement, 2 rooms, 1 bath, and 2 car garage in the front AND a fenced rear yard with a gate so I can stock the backyard with cars HAHAHA ---

there's no feeling like buying your 1st home, everything from proud to OH SHI* our mortgage is how much.

I bought a 1800 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bath with a attached carport and a detached 2 car garage 24x30. i got in my home for 89k. I have .88 of an acre of land with it.


When i bought my house i was like i'll never use all this space and dang if i'm not running out of room in the garage.

He he, I play up how much money I win at the golf course so my wife thinks I win more than my membership costs. It's that "fuzzy math"

As far as the breeding goes, I think the current female that I have is a dyke. Even my town agrees with me. They charged me the neutered price for her license when I told them she wasn't fixed, but I thought she was gay!

LOL...........my wife didn't get to use the walk in closet in our first house cause I had already built it and ran my ex-wife out.


Big Congrats on the new house! Buying into your first house right can set the tone for a successful financial future. I built my first one in 2002, it was 2250 sq, managed to get it done for around 85/sq and sold for 125/sq. Next house stepped way up and am hoping to sell this week!!! Going back to one that I can describe in two words.......................Paid For
