Have bouncy 02 volts on my powerlogger, changed the 02 but still happening. Running the heated sensor with adapter. Does this during idle and driving no difference, any input appreciated.

Looks exactly as a stock O2 should. Constantly high then low. Cross counts.
 
I agree. Looks normal for a stock narrow band O2 sensor at idle / part throttle. They are basically switches that go from rich to lean to rich to lean as the computer adjusts fuel injector pulse width to get the target air/fuel ratio.

You need a wide band 02 setup to really be able to tune for performance.
 
The O2 millivolts will stabilize more at WOT. They're always moving at idle. As a matter of fact, if they're stable at idle it tells you that you have a bad / lazy O2 sensor.
