Brake pedal pad needed

OK guys, someone converted the brakes to vacuum and I'm not sure what pedal this is so I don't know which pad to buy. Gbody parts has one but it looks wider.Looking for a very nice one for my driver. Pedal is about 3 5/8" across the top 3" across the bottom and 2" tall

vac or pm uses same pad on all g bodys
