brake problem

right side rear brake is locking up when applying brake.

Pull the wheel and drum and check for leaking wheel cylinder or possible wheel bearing seal leaking and contaminating the brake shoes.

no fluid leaking.e-brake cable has kink in it .

Replace the rubber brakes lines to the caliper before you do anything else . They swell and create locking up issues
