Yes, the only difference from factory would be the need to possibly plug the open hole on the top with a pipe plug.

The water pump is a must upgrade on these trucks. I was having all kind of cooling issues on my filled Bowtie block until I installed that pump and a Flow cooler T-stat. Sir by chance do you have any other Syclone parts left? GLWS
