Broken speedometer

I have the round VDO speedometer and the needle fell off. Where can I get a replacement or repair done. Should I also change the cable when it is apart. It has been noisy when I first drive it but usually goes away.

The cable just needs lubrication and the vdo gauge you can send back to the factory for repair or put it back on yourself. Then you may have to have it re-calibrated.
