brown spots on brake lines

the lines where it runs off the silver thing under the powermaster reservoir have some brown spots on them What should I use to remove them and shine up the lines too?

I used a dremel to clean mine, but a greenie should work just fine or scotch brite...

P.S. The brown spots will come back in time unless you keep doing it occassionally.

i suppose those brown spots are from the brake fluid?
