Bubbles in fluid no matter how full...should I be concerned??

As the title states there are bubbles on the trans dipstick no matter what the level is....I've done some research and I can't decide whether I should be worried about it....

I'm sure someone will correct me, but I think that's an indication of being overheated due to low fluid????? Have you changed the filter and refilled? I had a bit of foaming on my trans because it wasn't topped off and it went away. But I only drove it around the neighborhood and didn't get on it.

Well I did change the filter this past winter while putting a new lockup switch in the trans....using valvoline full synthetic atf+4....its a newer extreme automatics stage 1

get ahold of your trans builder. the syn fluid could be the problem

I agree, never heard of a full synthetic being recommended.

From what I've read it is never a good idea to use a synthetic in a trans or rear
