AMT drags their feet, but I guess a lot of shops are known to do that sometimes. It could have been their "busy time" of the year too.
You never get to see what goes on behind "their curtains" there either like
you can at Phase II.
They have warnings posted on their door about if it's locked or after hours, don't bother us, or something silly like that.
I had my first 455 engine built by AMT years ago, and a buddy of mine gets his done there too.
Customer service wasn't even close to Phase II.
Never got a warm fuzzy feeling when I talked to or visited AMT.
Did I mention, his engine had to go back to AMT for problems?
On the other hand, its results that count. Right?
