A 63 Skylark? Too each his own.

Well, the 63 Skylark is out...the Uni-body may be too much of a PITA to deal with.

I've set my sights on a straight 65 Nova four door w/ no motor or trans. We'll see how that pans out tomorrow...

My main goal is to get the motor out of the wrecker and into anything at this point so I can start building up the motor while staying away from the CA smog Nazis! I can always migrate the drivetrain later if something better comes along....it's only time and money right?

Nice white T!

Cool! Remember the Nova is also a Uni-body. I had a 66 SS ;) Global West has a kit. ;)

Any of you Boost Phreaks live in or araound Ramona?

I've got a line on a Vega wagon and I'm trying to save a 2 hour drive to look @ it. If anyones in the area that can take a peek....

I have 60 proof homeade Khalua and Smoked Albacore for any volunteers....:)

72 Vega Hybrid Conversion

I took a look at the 72 Vega GT wagon and overall, it's a good straight car. It currently has the mounts for a 350 and TH350 trans. The stock rear-end is still in the car and that will definately have to go....;)

I know a lot of folks drop 350's and more in there, I'm curious as to how the Turbo six with all of the add-ons will work out...or, is it going to be too much cutting and welding...

Any wise folks out there with any experience with these cars?

Well, here it is....time to brush up on the welding and painting skills.

It's probably time to move this project to the Hybrid section....

Stay tuned.
