Built stroker short block

Here is a shot in the dark but I am looking for a stroker short block. Cam would be nice but not needed. I perfer it also have a girdle. Being in the Army I am not a rich man so if someone would take payments until on the block until paid in full before shipping, that would help me out so much. Was going to build my own but it is too difficult living overseas, deployments and various other things to track down a block, send it here and there and get it all buttoned up. I have a built 109 block for sale. 4 billet caps and girdle!! But it has the stock crank and rods. Has oil scraper too. $2300 Je pistons coated. Comes with balancer, flexplate, oil pan. Also has the crank scraper on it. All the parts i have left is going with it. Cam position sensor, cranks sensor, ect. Oh also arp rods bolts.
