Bumper Filler Paint Removal

I am having my filers repainted (I know about the flex agent)

besides sand paper, what is a good way to remove the old paint? Some kind of stripper?

There is a spray aerosol urethane parts paint stripper. It should be available at a local automotive paint dealer. HTH, But it is hard to use.
