Guys:

The wife and I are finally taking the plunge - soon, there will be a Jr. car nut running around my house :D

I know it's not Buick related, but since this is the Lounge and the board is packed with car enthusiasts, I figured I'd get the word out. My Lightning has to go - see weblink for mods and details. If any of you know of anyone that would give it a good home, please let me know. I haven't owned it that long, so it's safe to say that my wife and I did not time this whole thing very well ;)

Rich

P.S. I know the moderators will probably boot this thread as not being Buick related, so let me make it Buick related right now:

TEN KIDS OR NOT, THEY'LL HAVE TO PRY MY WE4 FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS! IT SHALL NEVER GO!!!! AHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA

The Ford, on the other hand, is out the door. If anybody is interested, email me privately at turbovsix@aol.com.

Thanks!

PS. I don't know many of you on the board personally with the exception of Jim Testa, but Jim can attest to the fact that I have a slight case of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder with my vehicles. The Lightning is minty minty - asking 23, but will negotiate (book is around 21k - this one has about 10k into it). 40k good weather miles - has always been an occasional driver.

Help me move this thing! :)

On the bright side, this will free up some WE4 money to do my tranny right!!!!

I'm not in the market for a fast truck but let me say congratulations on the baby. I couldn't tell from the way you worded it whether your wife is expecting or y'all have decided to start trying. Either way, the baby will be far more rewarding than any vehicle of any kind (yes, TR's included)!

Congrates on the baby. And I see no reason why a non-Buick item would be bounced. Hell we even let Mustang guys post. And you know how those guys are. LMAO. Mark :D

You're damned skippy I'm keeping the right toy.

I figure that instead of investing in that magnetic bolt and parts holder, I can just enlist the kid :D and do what my father did to me when I was little:

"Ok Richard, now stand there and hold this".

:D

QuickWE4.....You do as you please...

And keep us informed of the "Tb.com family" growing. :)

Just a side note tho... If you sell the WE4 we WILL go some rounds.......;)

I have already informed the wife, screw the coffin , just dig a "BIG" hole and bury me in my WE4!

But.... Knowing her, it will be sold before I am in the ground!! LOL:rolleyes:

Good luck and best wishes...

Bruce, no worries there. :D

I am not sh*tting you when I tell you that my WE4 is already in my will. And I'm 29.

Remember Cameron from "Ferris Bueller's Day Off"? Remember Cameron's Dad with the Ferrari?

I make Cameron's Dad look like a sane person when it comes to car worship. Turbo Buick worship specifically.

I reiterate: They'll have to pry my WE4 from my cold, rotten, dead, worm-infested hands

Have I made myself clear?
