This is a mustang question I know, but forgive me...
The vortech system for mustangs uses a Bosch bypass/recirculate valve from the boost side of the supercharger back to the inlet tube during cruise/close throttle conditions.
For Mass Airflow sensors, returning the the air back to the supercharger was critical for accurate readings.
So, since FAST is speed density, can I vent the bypass valve to atmosphere and plug the inlet tube so that only cool filtered air is fed rather than very heated recirculated air. Cool air is always better and am simply wanting to confirm that it would not affect FAST parameters.
Thanks again for a great site.
