C-5 Corvetter brake hub options???

I bought some C5 calipers that I want to put on my g-body. What options do I have as far as hubs to use the slide on Vette rotors on the front? Also, is there someone that makes the brackets to mount the calipers to the spindles?

I read on another site that you can use S-10, Blazer or Jimmy spindles. Are all of those the same or is there certain years that I can use on each of them? If I use that spindle will i have to modify anything on it to get the calipers to work on it?
