i am going to put a 212/212 260h comp cam in the car...is this too much?

206 to 218 is the common range for the hipo cams available for our motors. Cams in this range seam to work the best. You picked one thats dead in the middle.

I have the 212/212 comp cam that I'm in the process of installing.

If you do go w/this one, there are 2 different 260 grinds
one has a 112 center line the other a 110.

After reviewing the specs I sent the 110 c/l back and swapped it for the 112 thinking a 112 is more in line w/a turbo motor

When I bought my car, it was apart, and the kid had a Comp Cam 212 to go with it. So I threw it in when I rebuilt it. The question I now have is if you move up in cam size with duration and all, are our cars like the small and big block cars that need to move up in stall speed with larger cams?

stall

will a 2800-3000 stall help it...i have a orange stripe to go in it?
