Cam sensor problem.

Does anybody have the information on how to adjust the cam sensor. I have a cam tool but part of the instructions that where printed are no longer visible please help thanks.I am a new member my name is Robert and i am a proud owner of an 84GN Hot Air Car,so hello everybody.

Here it is.

Set timing mark 25 degrees after TDC.
Loosen CAM sensor bolt and rotate sensor 1/4 turn clockwise.
Rotate CAM sensor counterclockwise until LED just lights.
Tighten Cam sensor bolt and remove tool.
