Cam sensor wheel moved, tang broken. Worse with roller cams?

I've seen a post about this problem before, I think it was Bill Anderson maybe? Basically my sensor wheel was moved about 30 cam degrees from where it's supposed to be, the locating tang was gone but the hold down screw was not loose at all. I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts as to why this happens? Roller cam valvetrain dynamics, or??

Yes I have had that problem , It must be fixed , Bill does have a Modification that will correct the Problem

Bill said he would send me a full description of the fix once he sends it back , he said he can use the broken cam sensor.
Thats all I have
