Cam Sensor

will the car run with the cam sensor 180 out
I know it seems dumb but just wondering I know the injection is seqencial
but wont the injector still fire and the fuel will eventually be sucked in and the car run
may not run great but will run?
Just wondering as mine gn is running like crap after a headgasket repair

yeah, but like you say it will run like crap. easy enough to try to correct.
