I'm going to attempt to set my cps I have a few ?s do I need to pull it while I set the crank to TDC on compression stroke and then pop the cps back in. As of now the car run ok but the volt reading on the cps is 7v I turned it and the voltage didn't drop :wtf: Also the car would fire up I turned it back to where I started and it ran??? All help welcome

Keep turning, it'll drop. If you're cam sensor stays high, the engine won't start.

And make sure you probe the output wire. If you tap the input, it'll be hot as long as the key is on.

Do yourself a favor and purchase a Caspers Electronics cam sensor setting tool from one of our vendors, it makes setting the cam sensor a breeze. (y)
