I bought a good motor with intention to rebuild. I’m looking for opinions on what camshaft to select. This is a fun car only. I do not use it as a daily driver. However I also don’t plan on spending time at the track other than to find out what it runs. It’s just a cruising car and I must keep it reliable. I want a cam that is capable of high 10’s that I can detune and run low 11’s on the street (if that is possible). I’m thinking a 212/212 range. I will be going roller and my combo will be the same as in signature with these changes:
• Billet mains
• Balanced rotating assy
• Forged pistons
• Ported heads & intake
Also what brand of cam and who sells the brand suggested.
I’m getting real excited about this build but truthfully its going have to go together a piece at a time as extra cash shows itself.
Thanks Chad

You have always set me straight in the past. I really would like your opinions.
