Aug 13, 2005 #3 T Turbo Indian worlds quickest 6cyl bird Joined Sep 25, 2003 Messages 3,493 yes aluminized can be welded with arc, mig, hell even tig. but all exhaust shops use a mig welder. as for a copper wire welder I think you are refering to the copper color wire used in a mig welder. copper is soldered together with lead.
