Can the alky come on fast enough to improve spool on a big turbo ? I've seen a kit that you can inject into the intake runners..Would this make it come on faster ? I'm trying to make up for a restalled converter that can't get the job done for my DSM's BB turbo....I'm going to buy an alky kit for it anyway, I just need to know if some extra bells and whistles might help the spool....Building boost on the line is the only short coming of my setup, off throttle response is pretty good.....

No, alky is a fuel. If you spray to much fuel you SLOW spoolup.

The only thing I've seen is when you spray the alky preturbo the compressor does spool faster ( dyno graphs of Turbo Diesels and not a huge nozzle ).

I've had another fun filled summer chancing down issues with limited time but I'm going to slap on my Preturbo alky kit and hope to have a dyno graph sometime this summer.

I've heard of people doing that and eating the blades off the compressor.

Use nitrous.. its easier for spooling.
