It's a good idea to click on "User CP" and put your current modifications in your signature so people can tell what you already have and can then give you better advice. Otherwise we'll start suggesting things that you might already have.

You'll need to reprogram your chip for those injectors, they wilol work just fine, assuming they are good and clean.

I saw a chip for stock turbo and 36# what kind of gains would that give me?

The chip isn't really going to give you any gains, you just need it to get the ECM to realize that the car has bigger injectors. Otherwise the ECM will cycle the 36# injectors as if they were stock and you'll be out of tune.

Go to this link it has "recipes" depending on how fast you want your car to be. You don't have to follow it word-for-word but it'll give you an idea of what some of the popular modifications are for your goal.
