SignUp Now!A scanmaster is good a powerlogger is also good. I have both i use both to run a wideband and get a 6.1 chip which allows you to fine tune your setup for example my favorite is that you can lock a target Air Fuel Ratio at wide open throttle, you can choose alot of other things, what mph to lock converter for ex.. you can also display alot more info on the scanmaster you can have the scanmaster read your afr, boost rdg , spark advance, egt Temp, map info, alot of info that is needed. i dont know how i used to drive my car without a plogger. Its cheap and worth it. you can also run it off your laptop see what happening in the motor real time instead of flopping thru the scanmaster and finally you can record data to see what you need to work on. It even shows you IDC which is VERY important shows you how stout or weak your fuel system is i basically I love it..i have it installed and can't even tell its there.
So with a power logger, I can make adjustments to boost and fuel through the computer without popping the hood? Also, do I need a wideband to run the 6.1 chip or can I just plug in the 6.1 chip? Thanks for the advice.
