Can the Duttweiler neck still be bought new?

I've seen some sporadic sales posts with modified intercoolers and got the impression they were rare with the neck installed. Have they been discontinued?

I'm meeting with a friend of mine that owns a foundry to talk about building me a better plenum and I was wondering if I need to see about bringing those back if they're gone.
