Can this be rebuild to a TE-45a

I got a TE-45 and it needs a rebuild and i want a bigger turbo so can this be rebuild to a TE-45a?

Should be no problem. They are both large shaft turbos. The 45 has a 63mm compressor wheel, and the 45A, a 66mm wheel. HTH, Brian
