Can you diagnose my KR with these PL files?

I just installed my first round of mods, and now getting some KR to show up on my gauge. I logged a couple of runs, but had to cut them short due to the knock (makes the gauge go up to the yellow and red lights)

Here is what I have so far:
TT 5.7 chip
Walboro 255lph
Billet AFPR
60# flow matched injectors
RJC Power Plate
Hooker cat back
K&N stock replacement filter

I just noticed that it looks like I need to adjust my TPS and IAC.
