Can You Identify this Part?

Does anyone know I can get this part from? They are battery terminal extender posts and protectors. Has anyone used it before?

I have only been able to find them on eBay, but they have to be sold by someone else.

Yes they are for the battery. They are battery post extenders that have a a rubber cover over them.

I am trying to find out if anyone has seen these somewhere or have used them. If so, where are they sold?

You can use them on any battery that has side posts.

Most auto parts stores sell battery post extenders. Mostly used for car audio applications. I have not seen one like in the picture thou.

Are you more looking for the protectors or a better way to clamp the terminals and external wiring?
