Can you run alky with 105-110 octane?

The reason I ask is for some insurance at the track running high boost in case something happens to my SMC kit, i.e the pump goes out etc. I'd hate something to happen and then have to wrestle a couple of head gaskets . 100-110 unleaded is all I'm curious about. Thanks.

I did it with 110. I don't see why there would be a problem with it. It helps with keeping it from running lean on the big end for me.

They did it all the time on the WW2 aircraft with better gas than 110. I believe they ran something like 60/40 methanol water and hit the button when they needed to get out of Dodge LOL
