Bison what do you recommend in place of the gasket? I know the factory didn't use gaskets. I don't have a machinists straight edge. Should I just use copper RTV?

The stock manifolds are to thin to get a proper crush on the copper gaskets typically but will work if you are careful. The 1400 fel pro will usually work if it's torqued down evenly. The best is to machine the surface flat and use copper rtv.

The Felpro is what I have. They don't seem to last long. So copper RTV it is!
