Cant make over 15lbs of boost

The car will not make over 15 psi. when it gets to 15 the needle wiggle @ 15.
I have looked at the boost gauge line for leaks, put anew gauge on the car and it does the same ???? The car has a HD wastegate. I know it has more than 15lbs but thats all it shows. If i lower the boost it will read right. But anything over 15 it just reads 15

sounds like a leak in the line to the gauge?

Mine recently wouldnt read over 18lbs,no matter what I did..It ended up being a kink in the boost gauge line..

found 2 bad snags in the plastick boost gauge line. thanks fo the help!

This autometer gauge is alot easier to read than the VDO
