can't turn car off key won't turn back.

Yes I had to pull the ecm wire at the battery to cut the car off and then disconnect the battery .
Is it time to change my ignition switch?

or you may need to adjust the lockout rod under the car
try twisting the column by the dash counterclockwise

Did you try turning it off in any other gear besides park?

Did all that and it it in other gears reverse neutral Park ignition key wouldn't even move at all Even put a little WD-40 there But nothing worked got the ignition from Advance auto parts 18 bucks

This is a new one on me,never heard of this happening before. Sorry cant help, maybe linkage problem.
