Car dies when I nail it from idle?

I've still been tracking down some problems with my car.

If I nail it from idle, it will die most of the time (sometimes pop a little out of the air cleaner).

3.5" LS1 MAF sensor, trans +, extender chip
TPS .46 idle
IAC's 50 at idle in gear
MSD50's
etc. etc.

Any suggestions?

Flat spot in your TPS causing a lean stumble??

Try a new one, or use an analog voltmeter to see if it's voltage change is linear....

Thanks for the reply.
Well I have a Scanmaster so I tried this:

I turned the ignition on, but the car was off. I pushed the gas pedal slowly and the TPS raised in .02 increments like it should. Maybe I will try a new one anyways.

Any other suggestions?

Pre-turbo exhaust leak, vacume leak, faulty EGR, loose grounds, power lead to starter grounding, Chip, Plugs wires, or maybe miss timed cam sensor. HTH

Oh, I think .46 idle tps is too high, .45 or less
