I work for an insurance company and have access to a claims database that all accidents are reported too. I ran this VIN# and here are the results. I am assuming this is a Camaro?

PND C Phone:
Impound Agency: CHICAGO PD Phone: 3127455200
OCA: Reference No: 00759192

--> VIN: 2G1FP22P5R2143235 (PASS) Year: 1994
Make: CHEVROLET Model: CAMARO

Looks like it spent some time in the Chicago PD for some reason, maybe stolen? You can do what you want with this info! Hope it helps.

11 reports I believe.....

if someone could run this for me, I would appreciate it :)

I didn't run a car fax, I ran it thru my claims database here at work. Bad news: I am assuming this is a BMW? Car was a total loss and salvaged. Must have been a bad accident. Hope this helps.

Thanx Scott....
yes it is a BMW I was looking at. Wanted to know how bad of damage it had recieved so that I had thw hole story straight. Thanx for the help :) BTW, does the "Received: 032500" mean the person who bought the car oaid this amount of money for it @ auction?

Some companies report different from others. I had never seen that before but yes, I would say that means they rcvd $32,500 on the salvage recovery from the person who bought it from the insurance company.

More than likely that is what that number it is. The company I work for is the biggest salvage auction co in the USA (insurance auto auctions) and thats what I see all the time on insurance co. reports.
