car idles to high

when I put it in park the car takes to long to idle down, about 8 seconds, have 87 ecm with 87 chip and 87 maf sensor. tomco green strip injectors, friend was thinking maybe I need a chip made for my setup. what yall think?

Do you have a scan master? if so, what does your IAC read? What chip is currently in there? Stock? What is 'high' and what is 'normal'?

Stock 87 chip, not sure how high, just fast then comes down, iac is 17
