Car running rough

Only at start up in the mornings and if the car been sitting for a while, does'nt matter if the weather is cold or hot. It seems like when you mix up your spark plug wires, a minute or two after warm up its fine. What could it be? Bad coil pack?

need code analizer...could be....tpc/iac/o2/temp control sensor...several things. buy a 30.00 analizer if computer out of budget right now..it helped me with similar situations.
