Car show in Wildwood Nj

For anyone who might be interested there will be a car show in
Wildwood New jersey from 9/19 to 9/21 .I went down to the one they had back in may and only seen 1 gn all week.There was about 125-150 cars in may and they expect more this time.

I cant wait to get home tomorrow from school so i can fix my car in time for Wildwood!!!! It will be the only show i will go to all summer because school and work have taken all of my time. Definately let me know if you wanna get in touch down there because I will be there for sure!!!

nope, not at all. In fact they changed the year cut off to PRE 78 so our cars are not allowed this year.. But we are still going. Lots of fun, nice cars and the beach

i havnt made it to the May event yet but I've gone to the last 3 or 4 september shows and it has gotten progressively worse each year. The boardwalk show is great, as-is the cruising. Its like going in a time machine seeing all the old muscle and drag cars taking over town, but the police have gotten so strict. First year there we had literally a line of traffic waiting to smoke tires out front of our hotel(casa del sole @ roberts & ocean). we had buckets of water on the street all night. following year it was on and off.....we'd get a good show for little bit then cops came calmed it down, issued warnings and then they left and it started again and repeat....
then since then(last 2 yrs) its been cops stationed on our corner till sunrise and tickets galore for everything!


regardless I will be there once again and this year with the GN! I have work at 6 on saturday so i wont be there for the any of the events....hopefully will make it firday but ill be at the boards on saturday regardless!

You sure are right about the cops ,was cruising last year and someone ahead did a small burn out we'll this cop comes flying out this side street like he was after a bank robber most dangers thing i saw all weekend,so i'm passing no more wildwood

That was probably me u saw!!.

I was there with the wife & kids and the GN for my birthday.
We stood at the NOT SO Royale Canadian Motel which was a horror!!!. The person at the desk was rude and would get very iritatated when I asked any ?'s. The tv was all fuzy and u could only see some channels, which I find out the cable was hanging off the conector going into the tv. The room was of the corner, That upset me but I got over that fast when I found out the cruise was cut short and would not pass by my room

Also how can I forget the WEATHER!!!

P.S.I might go down next weekend because everybody says it's better in September, we will see!!

Stay away from the Royale Canadian Motel we went down for
5 days last month with some friends.They stayed at that Motel
booked the 2 rooms in april for two familys of 4 got thier they gave us each a room with 1 bed and told us we could have 2 cots for the kids.The rooms are two small for a bed and 1 cot.They refused to give us are deposit back so we could get another room
some place else.

The wildwood car show is still on

The car show is still on in wildwood NJ this weekend i just called down there.They said everything is good to go for the weekend.
With the burnout competition at 6:00 on saturday.
