Car spits and sputters

I seen my radiator was seeping antifreeze on side so my car smelled hot so I looked at temp light when I turn key on and it did not light up so I pulled dash out and replaced bulb it was burnt out reinstall dash and turned the key and oops a puff of smoke so I repelled dash and seen that the circuit board on back was frayed on the edges so now the temp light does not work but it gets worse so I just reinstalled dash then when I drove car after it gets warmed up it starts to miss and sputter I drove it home from the store last week and when I got about a mile from home it started spitting and sputtering cutting out got it home cut it off opened garage to put car up and it would not start battery dead so I pushed it in and put battery charger on it thinking that was it . So charged battery for 30 minutes it cranked drove it to store again and it was dead again so took battery out had it tested it was bad I also replaced alternator . So I thought car would be fine put brand new alradco radiator in this weekend and drove it today it started all over again cutting out and missing got home and again would not crank battery is dead charging new battery now any ideas let me know

If you charge light isn't on in the dash when you turn the key on the alt won't charge.time to fix cluster

Yep, your charge light is most likely out causing the alternator to not charge, killing your battery, and most likely causing your sputter issues. Make sure the bulb is good, if its good, figure out what's wrong in the dash causing the issue. Make sure the ribbon cables are clean and making good contact. If you can't fix it, there is a field fix harness that is sold by caspers electronics that bypasses the dash.
