Car stalls after getting off the gas.

I have a fresh rebuild on my motor, The problem is when i am driving the car when i get off the gas pedal the motor will stall out. Could this be the IAC valve. The buick idles fine in gear and in park. I am looking for some ideas on what i can check. The TPS is set correctly along with a new mass air sensor. Any ideas would help

Do you have a scan tool? If so, what kind of IAC reading do you get at hot idle in park? Hopefully, all you need to do is adjust the IAC then TPS. Good luck.

TurboGN i have a OTC 4000 scan tool what should my IAC numbers be at idle and hot, Thanks

between 10-40 counts is acceptable, warm and in park. 20-25 is ideal.
