Can anyone please direct me to the fix (for no charge) when your voltage light bulb burns out. I don't know what's going on but I can't seem to find it on Caserp's site. I'm getting a bit frustrated, maybe I should check the site gain later.

Thanks,

Jim

I installed caspers fix a few years ago because I was having issues with the damn bulb and it sitting properly. I never had an issue since installing caspers fix! Buy it!

I don't want to end up like my buddy, having a no charge just because the bulb in the dash burned out and his alternator would not charge the battery. Call me crazy but I'm trying to avoid these little inconveniences because up until I recent I had no idea that your alternator would not charge your battery if this 20 cent bulb burned out. What was GM thinking?????? This is the type of thing that would bite me in the ass at the worse possible time.

Thank you gentlemen I will check out the links now!

Jim

I've been stranded twice because a bad connection with the bulb to the socket killed my perfectly fine charging system. Merely wiggling a light bulb will fix a charging system. :/

It is kinda odd that a failed warning system can take out the actual system.
